Hi! My name is Patrick James Alcantara. I’m a graduate student at USC pursuing a M.S. in Computer Science (Game Development). I will be graduating Spring of 2027.

I’m a game developer and programmer interested in interactive narrative, as well as the creative and theoretical systems that come with it. I have 3+ years of experience in game development, both independently and collaboratively, with a focus on gameplay programming and narrative design/writing.

I recently completed my B.S. in Computer Science: Game Design at UC Santa Cruz, where I also contributed as a student research assistant at the LEMI Lab, a practice-based research studio that focuses on how language, embodied media, and interactivity intersect.
